Stunningly beautiful and fairly clean hotel, the staff who served us were decent, and it had fab location close to centre. We liked the room, which was elegant and airy. We spent some time with hot drinks in the amazing downstairs bar.

Had a pleasant stay, recommend this place. Helpful staff, lovely restaurant & outstanding service. Loved great sized room, bed was comfy. The breakfast I had was abundant with spanish bacon and etc and sweet.

The bed was comfortable, best sleep ever. Direct access to plaza de zocodover and other touristic areas. We would be happy to recommend & would love to stay here again. We liked everything at carlos v including the food and location.

Location was excellent and staff was pleasant! Beautiful view overlooking the city. The rooftop bar was available on the premises.
